Frequently Asked Question

1. Account

To purchase products in or to visit the VEX Metaverse (VEXMETA) later, you have to register for a VEXMETA account.
Please finish the whole registration process, including verifying the email address and connecting a wallet.

The following situations may result in not receiving emails from VEXMETA, please check the following items or try the following methods:

  1. Please make sure you are logged in with the email you filled in when you registered with VEXMETA.
  2. Please check the spam folder of your email.\n3. Please make sure your spam filtering system is set up correctly to avoid emails being filtered to the junk folder. We regularly send emails from the following, you can manually whitelist VEXMETA's email addresses:

  4. Please check whether your email inbox is full. If your email reaches the capacity limit, you will not be able to send or receive emails normally. You can delete some of the old emails to free up some space for more emails.
  5. If possible, please register from common email domains, such as Gmail, Outlook, etc.

You can then go to "My Collectibles" page and check the contents of the mystery box as soon as it is completed.

Go to "Account History" can check for "Purchase Records" and "Shipping Order Records".

There may be delays in shipment or delivery due to the COVID-19 epidemic, so please take note.

Upon opening the Mystery Box, go to the [[Shipping]]( page, choose the physical product to be delivered, fill out the address, and pay the shipping fee.
Physical products will be sent from Hong Kong. Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Mainland China will be sent by SF Express. For local and overseas, please click here to check the shipping fee list and details.

It generally takes around 7-14 working days to arrive, depending on your destination country, the delivery time will vary.

Customers must clearly understand the terms and conditions before placing an order. We do not accept changes, cancellations, refunds or returns on all products.
In the case of any disputes, VEX Limited reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to the transaction and any relevant offer(s).

During shipping, we will use buffer materials such as bubble wrap to maintain the integrity of the product.
For your protection, please record the delivery process video and report it to customer service within 7 days of receiving the product if the product is seriously defective. An inspection will be conducted to identify the defect or damage in the product. To prevent disputes, making a video of the unpacking process is recommended to protect both parties' interests.

3. NFT

An NFT or non-fungible token is a digital asset.

NFTs "exist" on blockchains and this is the way the uniqueness and ownership can be verified. No one can modify the record of ownership or copy/paste a new NFT into existence.

Each NFT is numbered. The NFTs are underpinned by smart contracts and these contracts use varying "standards"; please refer to the product page for more information.

Encrypted wallets provide access to assets on the blockchain by providing a private key to the address, which allows the wallet owner to authorize transactions. If you own the private key, you own everything at that address.
The wallet will handle all technical issues for you and provide a good user interface for buying, selling, and transferring NFT or cryptocurrency. In addition, it can provide higher security through two-factor authentication and provide a convenient way to manage assets across devices.

4. Security

  1. Under no circumstances will VEXMETA ask you for your wallet's recovery phrase. Your wallet secret recovery phrase is your privacy and should never share with anyone.
  2. You should write down your recovery phrase and store it in a safe place such as a folder. Do not store your recovery phrase on an electronic device or in the cloud.
  3. Never click on links from unknown sources and always be alert when browsing websites, checking emails, interacting with others on social media or Discord. Avoid clicking on any unfamiliar advertisements, images or links.
  4. Do not call any phone numbers that claim to be VEX or VEXMETA employees or customer service.
  5. Do not transfer money to anyone claiming to be a VEX or VEXMETA employee.
  6. Ignore emails, documents and QR codes from strangers. Attachments of any format, including PDFs may contain viruses or malware.
  1. There are usually some subtle errors in phishing information, such as weird grammar, spelling mistakes, unintelligible sentences, strange domain names, etc. Get into the habit of checking links: hover over a link to see if the linked domain name is correct.
  2. You are advised to bookmark frequently used URLs to avoid clicking URLs from unknown sources.
